  I got there and the line was almost out the door! It moved quite fast, surprisingly and the staff was super friendly. I've lived in many places around the country...by far the best DMV I've ever been.

  Waited in line for 40 minutes. Was the middle of the day on a Tuesday. Typical sub-standard DMV experience.

  As I looked at all the reviews, the thought came to me everybody has a bad day, then another thought, that you should leave your work stress at work and enjoy the rest of your day. I believe and live by the saying, treat others as you would like to be treated. I called about a ticket problem. I was spoken to like I was a child and in the most condescending tone. I dished it back with a snappy attitude. She didn't like that. For the rest of the conversation she was very rude and short.. I even switched my tone and was very respectful but I had already gone to far in her book. Next time I call I'm recording the conversation for 2 reasons. Then people will completely understand how unbelievably rude that some of these people can be but also to show not every Representative is mean and most do care! I also think that we ALL should understand the stresses of dealing with so many different people a day and how common sense isn't so common anymore. There are good people on both sides and there are people who are miserable.

  Always love the small town kindness and fast service. Of course if you wait until just before they close...then there WILL BE long lines. So arrive at an acceptable time.
