- ★ ★ ☆ ☆ ☆TCF is a feeling think I'm not sure why anyone would ever bank here I did not even know they exist. Any bank that has a branch inside of a grocery store is a Cut Rate business. If you are banking with them I would recommend you move to an actual bank that has branches and bankers that know what they're talking about. I would never be here if my life depended on it. The tellers in the bankers have no idea what they're doing and seem like they hate their life.
